Privacy Policy

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include your device's Internet Protocol address, pages visited, time and date of visits, and operating system.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

For a better experience, we may require you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, Phone Number, School UDISE, Address, and MDM Info.

Authorization data: Your email address is recorded if you create an account. Having an account allows you to use cloud storage functionality, store and manage monthly MDM data, and sync across devices.

MDM Data and School Information: The app collects information related to the MDM Programme including daily meal data, food grain utilization, expenditure details, and basic school information. This data is stored locally on your device or on secure cloud servers depending on your sync settings.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application. The Application uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services
• Expo
• RevenueCat
• Appwrite Cloud

MDM MealTrack is an independent utility tool designed to assist in MDM data management at the school level. It is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of any government department or agency responsible for managing the PM Poshan scheme. Users should verify compliance requirements with the relevant authorities.

Our e-commerce provider (Google) is responsible for billing, processing and charging for in-app purchases. We cannot access or use your credit or debit card information.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Additionally, you can delete your account and all related data directly within the app via Account Settings → "Delete Account".

Note: We may retain your email address after account deletion to maintain compliance with statutory obligations.

We retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Accounts that remain inactive for more than 6 months, have not completed initial configuration, and have no paid subscription history may be permanently removed from our active database.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will promptly notify you in compliance with applicable law if your personal information is compromised.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
